The Great Burlesque Exposition

The Hyatt Regency is approximately 3/4 of a mile from the Boston University - West T stop (B branch of the green line) and one mile from the Central Square T stop (red line). Central Square is also served by the #1, #47, #64, #70, #83, #91, and CT1 bus lines.

While it can be a very nice walk, if you want to save your feet (or if the weather is bad) you can always take the shuttle bus from Central Square.

The Burlesque Expo runs a free shuttle van from the hotel to Central Square.

It picks up on the outbound side of Mass. Ave., right near the T station on Mass Ave. just south of Prospect Street, roughly in front of 625 Mass. Ave.

It’s is a 12-passenger van operated by A&A Metro and will have a small sign which reads “Great Burlesque Expo”. The shuttle is free. If you are having trouble finding the shuttle, you may call the driver at (508) 562-2045.

The shuttle cannot wait long in this high traffic area, so it will be running continuously from Central Square to the hotel and back again.

9am-8pm

10pm – midnight

FROM THE WEST:
From Mass Pike: Take exit 18 – Allston/Cambridge (left hand exit).
Follow the signs for Cambridge. Cross the River Street Bridge, exit right at the end of the bridge onto Memorial Drive. Hyatt is 1/2 mile up on Memorial Drive (Route 3) on the left hand side. Turn left at the traffic light to access the hotel entrance and parking garage.

FROM THE SOUTH:
From I-93: Take exit 26 – Storrow Drive/Back Bay/Cambridge.
Stay in the right lane (Storrow Drive). Go 3/4 mile and take second exit on left, Government Center/Kendall Square. Go up the ramp and stay in the right lane. Turn right at the stop sign; go across the Longfellow Bridge. Take the first right off bridge and turn onto Memorial Drive (Route 3). Stay on Memorial Drive approximately 1 mile on right, at light turn right. Hyatt is on your left.

FROM THE NORTH:
From I-93 or Route 1: Take exit 26 – Storrow Drive and follow “FROM THE SOUTH” directions.

FROM LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Follow signs to the Mass Turnpike: 90 Boston/Williams Tunnel. Pay toll upon exiting airport. You will be heading West on 90. From 90 West, take exit 20 Brighton/Cambridge (pay another toll). Out of the toll booth, bear right following sign for Cambridge/Somerville exit. From this exit ramp, stay straight through two lights and cross over the bridge. Just over the bridge, turn right at the light onto Memorial Drive. Stay in the left lane. Continue up/over overpass keeping in left lane. At the first light on Memorial Drive make a left and then another quick left into the Hyatt front circle.

Parking

The Expo offers discounted parking at the hotel of $8 for 8-hours non-hotel guests with no in-and-out privileges (it will cost you $8 every time you take your car out of the garage). To get the discounted rate, please stop by the Expo registration desk for a discount pass.

Overnight hotel guests pay a discounted rate of $15 for 24-hours and can come and go as they like.

There is also metered parking on Amesbury, Audrey, and Vassar Streets. Meters are in effect on Saturday, but not on Sunday.
