We're thrilled to be returning to the Hyatt Regency Cambridge, our home for the past nine years. Ask anyone who has attended The Exposition in the past, The Hyatt provides luxury accommodations at reasonable rates. You can book a room in this four star hotel on the banks of the Charles River for a negotiated rate of only $159.00 per night for up to two people ($199.00 for up to four people). The hotel features a pool and fitness center, gorgeous views of Boston, a bar and restaurant, a business center, and a small convenience store. Just for us, there is a small café set up on Saturday and Sunday which sells lunch at very reasonable prices – with plenty of options to suit any dietary need or restriction.
The Expo offers discounted parking at the hotel of $8 for 8-hours non-hotel guests with no in-and-out privileges (it will cost you $8 every time you take your car out of the garage). To get the discounted rate, please stop by the Expo registration desk for a discount pass. Overnight hotel guests pay a discounted rate of $15 for 24-hours and can come and go as they like. There is also metered parking on Amesbury, Audrey, and Vassar Streets. Meters are in effect on Saturday, but not on Sunday.
Mass Transit or Walking
The Hyatt Regency is approximately 3/4 of a mile from the Boston University - West T stop (B branch of the green line) and one mile from the Central Square T stop (red line). Central Square is also served by the #1, #47, #64, #70, #83, #91, and CT1 bus lines.

While it can be a very nice walk, if you want to save your feet (or if the weather is bad) you can always take the Hyatt Regency Cambridge Complimentary Shuttle from the Central Square, Kendall Square, or Harvard Square T stations on the Red line. You can also pick up the shuttle at the Boston University stop of the 'B' branch of the Green line. If you are at a T station and need to be picked up, please call the hotel at (617) 492-1234 when you are at the T stop.
Once you are at our hotel, you may take the complimentary shuttle service to select destinations within Cambridge. The two 12-passenger shuttle van service will take guests from Harvard Square to the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall, or to one of several local T stations.
Hours of Operation: Daily 7:00a.m. - 9:00p.m.
General Shuttle Information: The Hyatt shuttle runs on demand and is for registered guests only. If requested, please show your room key to driver as identification. T-Stop schedules are available at the Guest Services desk. The shuttle schedule is subject to change without notice.
